  Now I know why it's located across from a grain elevator.....pigeons and their chicken is about the same size! Not the usual Chicken Chef chicken that I am use to. If I was in the restaurant and was served this, I would have complained to management. This was take out and I opened my meal 20 miles down the road, very very disappointing, and I left them a good tip because it took them only 5 minutes to put my order together.
  
  I have driven through and picked up take out many times, as well stopped for a sit down. I will definitely lift the lid on the box the next time IF I go back. FEELING VERY CHEATED!

  Really enjoyed the burger, the cook who works most week nights is the best. I think he's the Waldner kid, I think his name is Caleb, he always made the best pizza and now he makes the best food as main cook!.

  If you want chicken to taste like you remember chicken tasting, this is the place. That's reason enough to eat here 5 nights a week, but this Chicken Chef is special. They have daily specials, lunch specials, locally baked deserts, and lots of other great ideas. The advertise really well on the local Facebook group and they really understand what it means to be a small town restaurant. Big fan. Good chicken.

  I ordered the burger and fries. It was delicious. The burger was house made and the bacon was fresh cooked. The choice of bun was good. The fries were not house made but they were well cooked.
  
  The service was friendly, the restaurant was fairly clean and the booth I sat in was comfortable.
  
  The only reason I only gave four stars was because I ordered a chocolate milk shake. The shakes flavor was great but I noticed it had a strange texture. My best guess is that they made the frozen custard (I've cream) and it separated because the egg wasn't tempered correctly.
  
  Great little place overall. It really surprised me.
